China's Political System Is a Real Thing to Avoid
If you look at china do you have any sense of why china is the way it is politically and whether that's got anything to do with climate i think they're one one one struggles because the determinism is a real thing to avoid. The amount of money that leeches out of china suggests that this isn't a single structure that has no gaps in it that allows full control but there are many other places that are climatically quite similar that haven't gone down that pathway. In terms of its political system it is highly autocratic centralised and so on in terms of how decisions are made behind closed doors and often out of sight and out of view.
