How to Create a Digital Course
I teach people how to create a digital course based on their knowledge and know how. I created a model around that for anybody looking just to come up with an idea for a business, for a course, for a membership,. And I call it the sweet spot. There are four quadrants of the sweet spot: Who do you want to serve? What solution are you going to solve for them? The fourth quadrant is what brings you joy? You don't always want to be first to market. But if it's already being done, that's actually a really great sign that you can get it up and running quickly.
