One of my favorite books is Family Wealth by J. Hughes, and it's about how to match up your people in your family with the money they have. And I think that there's also a big component of that of the family and intra family communication. My uncle, who I adored hated, and he said, you're trying to turn a family into a corporation. But you can do it without losing humanity.
