Grand Jury Report in Georgia
I think the judge will consider testimony from anyone who would object to release of the document. It's possible that there could be maybe some, I'm not sure, some assertion of claims of privilege maybe from the governor's office. There might be other information that people can make a bid to have the judge conceal. What we'll see at best would be a redacted version. Why on earth does anyone want and how is it proper for that grand jury report to become public? We in the federal system are very used to understanding the grand jury process as sacrosanct.
