Golf course was kind of, i would say, run of the mill municipal nine hole course. Had had in a lot of kind of deferred maintenance on it. Trees had been planted, you know, probably 20, 30 years ago that we're really starting to encroach on things. The green sihts themselves were all very small and kind of, you could see that they had shrunk over the years.
