The Importance of Knowledge Work
Eric Liu: I feel like this is, you know, like Ryan Hanley talks or Ryan holiday I should say talks about it's a perennial seller. He says knowledge work breaks down into these two components where we really have to start doing not only deep thinking and deep work on it but actual execution which is ironic that I just said that because it's work execution and workflow so maybe break down. The idea of autonomy in knowledge work came from Peter Drucker who coined the term knowledge work in the mid 1950s pushed this from the very beginning.
