Breathwork Class - Why Didn't I Do That Every Day of the Week?
In 20 14, i was dealing with such severe depression and anxiety from being in a career that i didn't want. And breath work was that access point for me to be at peace. The one thing i'll say about breath work is that most people think about it as if it somekind of crazy, cathartic, extreme experience where you have to flail around on the ground. It's just not true. Breath work can be much more peaceful and much more of a daily practice.
