It's striking, it's striking how many times the word all appears in the commission's draft. It's very definitely intended to reach outside the borders of the EU and to reach very small platforms. I mean, if it is interfering with and then effectively destroying evidence in investigations into terrorism planning, that could be really problematic. But unfortunately, it's been a very rushed process and they haven't had much discussion about them at all.
