You can ask your employer, you can say, okay, help me understand what that means. What is a team player do that a non team player doesn't do? And how are we going to measure what actual progress looks like? Now, so this is kind of what to do, but what we're also going to talk about in terms of feedback is what not to do or how to avoid doing the harmful things in feedback. You want to sort of signal to your boss that you're interested in changing.
