Integrative Deterrence - China, Russia, Russia?
The president says he attempted to deter the Ukraine invasion. The Defense Department was talking a lot about integrated deterrence at the time. It used all this seamless stuff across war fighting domains and all instruments of US national power. And it all failed, thank goodness that Putin didn't invade NATO,. But but integrated deterrence did not work in the Ukraine context.
