We think it probably plays now to appreciateve role in evolution, hear something i'v thought about with respect to plasticity some since i'm a physiologist myself. Any sort of pintipic change over short or long term, reversible or irreversible, you would call plasticity. The implications of some of those could differ depending on when they're expressed in terms the reproduction of the individual. But for most of i think what david and i think about, we don't make a huge distinction.
