Is Racism by Outcome Real?

Racism by outcome doesn't require intentional or unintentional racism. Even after adjusting for population and crime rates, you still seem to get harsher sentencing against black people based on how dark they are. Thereis something in the system that is producing these races outcomes, even if that is not theintent of anybody in the system. And so if if you see wide d explicit form of raceism in any society, could assume that you must also have a lot of systemic form of racism in tha society. But iut i think it is aga a so hypothesis, or you could say, an educated guess based on anecdotes.
