Chellja: The basic issue regarding the control of street dogs essentially is that you know should we be euthanizing the animals like they do it in the US and other places. Chellja: It has now become such a psychological you might say embedded so much in the psychology of citizens that they will not accept euthanasia. So coming to euthanasia it's a completely out of question that the Indian society will accept it.
