The Four Hindrances to Concentration

We need to put effort into not pursuing each one of those things when they pop up in our mind so that we can stay focused. Ill will is a synonym for aversion, as I was talking about before. Dullness or drowsiness is a compound of two factors linked together by a common feature of what they call mental unwieldliness. Restlessness is an agitation or excitement, which drives the mind from thought to thought with speed and frenzy. And worry is a preoccupation over a past mistake or something bad that happened.
