How Do You Get Good Sleep?

When you're exposed to light matters, says gregg. You want to increase your exposure to the type of light that you get outdoors during daylight. And then later in the day, probably between bout four hours before you plan to go to bed, and then about two hours before you intend to go to sleep. It's also important to keep your bedroom as dark as possible.
