What Makes You Connect With the Team?

A great culture to me is not only those social interactions in a real life, but especially also the way you're working with those people. And I think that can happen remotely. You know, just provide an example: I'd rather be in a fully remote setting with people that I can constantly learn from. So in my case, let's take like a few designers, right? I'd rather work with the best designers out there instead of having a team fully in Berlin withpeople that I kind of like.
