A huge limiting belief I had early on and I'm still breaking through this continuously is getting comfortable with the idea that other people can do stuff that I think only I can do. A lot of the stuff that you articulated that you've handed off to a chief of staff, even I was like, ooh, I don't know if I like, that sounds really important,. Like writing the job description for hiring a CEO. So what I've done is instead of that being a three-hour project for me, I'm going to make it a 10 minute project for me.
