CoVID has punctured the lung of the leisure industry when it comes to new builds. Landlords want Amazon distribution, they pay more and they'll probably be there for as long as possible. They don't need heating or toilet facilities but basically just need a big box. So, yeah, sadly, this will come back - we're still living in the post COVID cloud.
