Russell Moore: David Copperfield was important early on because I don't even know how I came across it. There's a series of books, or there used to be, when he was a kid, they were abridgments of books. They had illustrations in them. And I just resonated with being able to look at almost an entire life with David Copperfield and to be able to get almost an aerial view.
