Women in English Sermons

In late medieval English sermons there is a great deal of attention to women in these texts. Women are certainly not considered to be equal to men. There is no feminism running throughout late medieval sermons. What we do see is this pastoral emphasis that is emphasizing that, in fact, I was just reading this morning.
