Is Your Hr v a Good Thing?

When you're training really hard, and i see this especially in endurance athletes, you'll see an increase in h r v. That can be a sign you're getting super close to an over trained state. And so we've seen this molt on multipl occasions in the research. So what's going on here is that when people have overtaxed their nervous system, heart rate goes up because we need to continue to mobilize more energy.
