The emirseum is just like a big circular area with four alcoves at the top. There were stairways from each alcove going down to the floor below. The only way to then get to another, so Bray is at another alcove? Yeah, in fact there's 24 portals on the bottom floor. You can see through them, it's like they're all opening up to various areas in Phaza. From where you are, it's about 20 feet down to the ground of the emirseUM.
