The Slowdown in the Housing Market

The average house is sitting on the market for just two weeks, which is incredibly low in historical context. It seems like we're getting back to the point where we were last year where there is a lot of competition for homes. There's not enough product for people to buy. That is the at the underlying factor right now. But we are definitely seeing a turnaround in our Seattle market.
