Is There a Health Benefit to Consuming a Direct Source of DHA?
Is there such thing as a dha deficiency? If you can't provide evidence for that, then what are we talking about here? That seems like an unbelievably high threshold for requirement for evidence. And probably what the better question is, is there a health benefit to consuming a direct source of d h a or not? So in other words, sure, you can benefit your health through a dietary pattern, maybe that does not consume fish but would you have an additional benefit from having a direct source leading to higher d h a status? And that's something we want to probably define.
