Growth at All Costs
VCs are talking about maximum efficiency and looking to have their portfolio companies run a bit more like bootstrap companies. So why is that? Why have you not had the VCs saying growth at all costs and spend more money and we don't care about profitability? And why have you been a little bit maybe contrarian and had also the understanding from VC partners to run a business like that? I think it starts with oneself, right? You either believe in this or not. And then if you believe in that, you will be encouraging the organization to behave in certain ways, to operate, to manage in certain ways. The idea of growing at any cost, for me, is not correct
