Failure in Learning Is a Part of What We Do
We like to think that we always do a good job. Were very bad, excepting failure. And many of us have been high achieving through our lives. So how many people have failed at something? But until you fail, you don't learn, and you won't have humility or realize what it's like to then have an opportunity to do something different. We're trying to move away from a blame culture now, to be much more open around learning. The best high performing health er systems in the world have this lems of trying to learn. Now, that isn't the culture in which we've often trained in.
