The Importance of Variability in Metrics
It actually gives you so much more confidence to make decisions if you're using these types of metrics. That's not to say numbers are the be all and endo you've got to make sure that you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. If you've taken your data with fidelity and you're shooting for socially valid goals with your client, but you're placing that data in an on a measurably superior display using these metrics enhances everything that you're already doing well with them.
