Charles Wong bought Sanjay Kumar's share of the team in 2006 after Kumar was sentenced to 12 years in prison for his role in a massive accounting fraud at Computer Associates. The same year John Spano pleaded guilty to fraud charges, two more familiar faces from the Islanders' blunder years found themselves in trouble. Paul Greenwood and Stephen Walsh were arrested on February 24, 2009 and charged with the frauding investors out of $554 million.
