The Relationship Between Muscle Fiber Force and Myosin
When we're moving to slow speed my can stay attacked for a very long time you touch very late when my son is moving much more quickly against acting it would attach much earlier. People do not also not understand quite often muscle fiber force is not force equals mass times acceleration. It's the fiber force that matters for the actual hypertrophy stimulus so this is why I'm coming back to the velocity based training and also just talking about vertical jumping, even though you're going to produce a maximal level of recruitment if you jump as fast as high as you possibly can.
