I started working with Oxfordshire Community Land Trust in 2013. They'd come out of the oldest community land trust in the UK, Stonesfield Community Trust. It has now got multiple decades' worth of experience operating at just a tiny village 1500 homes. I've seen huge changes in the way in which governmental attitudes to low carbon cities have been funded. And that's where I've learned that accommodating a good social architecture is important.
