The Best Way to Signal to Your Manager That You More Directness
I think the best thing you can do here is signal to your manager that you more directness. And and an easy way to do that is be direct. If they say nothing, then, well, that's just not an acceptable answer, right? Yet. I mean, there there are sometimes things outside of a manager's control around project allocation or reward allocation. But if someone is is just amazing enough, and recognizably amazing enough, then there's a way to make it happen, right? T, there's probably some people on the border who don't, who don't get things that they deserve because of limited funding or something like that. You want to be that person
