Procrastination

Procrastination is just a symptom of an underlying, much, much deeper problem. We've got this idea that whatever we do, it has to be flawless,. And of course, having that perfectionism leads to a fear of failure. But then after we procrastinate, then we criticise ourselves and call ourselves lazy. That leads to an erosion of confidence which actually heightens the fear of failure - leading to more procrastination. So you become addicted to this temporary reward ofprocrastination. Its adictive s thatas been some positives in the past from Procrastination.
