What Is Culture Creation?
This is a science, escicely, a science that is taught in very, very high schools. The people who become technocrats attend to that that where they attend these particular types of schools,. And their pictures are very young, in fact, for their careers and for their role in this type of system. Teithere given archives of information on human behavior, way beyond what was ever given out by freud or any of the analysts - even skinner. Skinner wentto behaviorism and how to alter the behaviour of vast amounts of people by altering things in their environment. That's how you adapt. Things alter in your environment, and you adapt quite easily. What is culture?
