Is There a Culture Clash Between Founders and Partners?
A company that originally consisted of five founders. One one out of the five did not get along with the other for he had different ideas about where this company shood go, of the culture and am. And we could immediately see ther there was so much tension and stress on the four members before they were able to talk it out. It took us like three, forfive, six months to find some someone who was a good fit,. put them inthe company, provide a transition period, and then finally sell the company.
