Envy Your Cerebral Palsy

There is an energy y in this exchange that is massive. And what i'm curious about is, to what degree is that energy envy? It's the only way i know how to make sense of this story. Otherwise the story feels incoherent to me. Because something is driving these two leaders to humiliate you. I never understand the category of envy aimed at me.
