I'm glad thouh that they gave you managerial training. Do you think it helped you prep you and kind of hipe you up further? Ole, yes, i think it did help a lot. Because there is an art to telling someone they fucked up. Y, i guess that's also like a pretty important part. I fe when i look back at all the different jobs i've had, the make or break of each job to me personally, was my relationship with my boss.
