If we don't have enough calcium to undergo certain processes, we will degrade our bone tissue. And that's that's what causes death. So i would probably just recommend get a coach, and get a coach who doesn't have a thing. That's like the worst. If somebody has tied their business to include restrictions, or if you are the intermittent fasting or the beagon, they're probably not the coach for you. I feel there are too many cos tares right now, even though all they really talk about is macronutriants. It could be any of them. There should be more coaches out there thinking more about microbs,. And becoming more and more clear
