How to Date Yourself

I've had friends in my life that felt very uncomfortable with the fact that I was totally okay being alone, like more often than not. And those friendships kind of morphed and dissolved a little bit because I was really seeking people who could respect it and also cultivate that for themselves. Just having that in your calendar, putting it in there and treating it like you would a date with another person or an appointment or a work thing like it is just as important if not more important.
