Find a mentor. Learn learn from someone who's already done it first. Like an online guru because some of the information that I've had from people who I would consider a mentor has been like such a massive turning point. Rinsing your business plan for every single penny and when that's done then move on to the next thing which is exactly what we did with our property company.
