Finding Validation for Who You Are
If you are not getting validation for who you are, sometimes you need to find it. And I think it's complicated messaging because right now we live very much in this era of sort of like self care, preserve yourself and find value intrinsically. But that's really, really hard to do to just sort of evoke this idea that I'm important because I'm a person.
