The Components of a Good Apprenticeship?

You want an apprentice who's already learnt leadership and they're learning to be the leader of leaders. I think a good thing to in your apprenticeship to do is actually learn how to fail. Andrew Copeman up at Hunter Bible Church, really good on the music, not that keen on the outreach stuff, and they just made him do the opposite. So yeah, he thrived in that. And my training team grant helped me with that as I failed a few things and continued trusting God.
