Magnesium Palusa - What's the Difference?
The major pitfall here is just depily getting a magnesium level, especially patients who are having a rhythmias like a trefibrelation. Be aware of the fact that patients with hypochalena are often hypomagnesemic. So if youd just give them two grams of magnesium and come back the next day, it's not ging to work at all. They may require multiple doses, or even a continuous infusion of magnesium.
