The Importance of Headphones

I hate having headphones around. I need something to distract me from the heat. So just blast the audio. If it's on a plane, yeah, I'll bring the headphones. But now I actually like if I stay in the sun too long,. I feel like nauseous real fast without like a hat or anything. It sounds like the most British thing I've ever heard. I didn't used to be this way. I just hate the sun.
