Parkes's 'Bake Boys', a Song About the Power of Music
Bryan and van dyke were working on a song about the power of music. The group had just got back from their first real toe of the u.K., where pet sounds had been a smash hit, rather than the middling success it had been in the us. Good vibrations had just become their first number one single. But parks hadn't yet quite finished the liric. It was this gosness that eventually gave the title to the most ambitious of the complete songs the juo were working on.
