The Value of Tools of Communication

I think what you're saying is that they do have value when used as tools of communication. I think where maybe I'm losing the plot a bit is how do you use them in a way that you're doing that and using them as we hope they're intended? People may go, well, I'm not living up to that stereotype. We don't really love people giving commentary on what we look like or how we express ourselves. That's a much more uncomfortable reality than many realize.
