The Hinkley case goes to arbitration. PG&E was required to stop using chromium-6 and clean up the plume. The clients only got 196 million of the 333 or 300,000 per person after legal fees. Dennis J. Postenbach is an American scientist, businessman and researcher. He created a consulting firm called ChemRisk in 1985. As a PG&E consultant, he made $300 an hour.
