Customer centricity is a thing we've been talking about now for time in marketing. We're increasingly seeing the rise of rolles such as chief custom officer, chief experience officer. Mark writson says first stage of custom ecentricity is to accept you know nothing. You aren't them and you know nothing about them. So once you accept that, then you need to go out and find out what they think,. how they operate, where they are, what their behaviour is, what their attitudes are.
