Doctors Have So Much More Power Than Asking for Permission

i thought that if i wanted to write about somebody a, then i could ask their permission and tell them a little bit about what i was writing about. But really it's, i don't know, what does it what does it mean? Doctors have so much more power in this relation ship,. even if it's like a former doctorn, just feels like that power deferential is skewed. There's something odd about it. The other advice that i give, i'm students and ants, when they're writing about a patients story, is to try to remove as much detail as they can that's not absolutely necessary for the point that they're trying to make.
