SGLT2 inhibitors cause the kidneys to increase glucose output so that it lowers blood sugar. One of the other effects is it increases ketones, which could be one of the reasons why they improve cardiac outcomes. No one's really done a clinical trial in any patient population with heart disease. So we know we can have a positive benefit in type 2 diabetes through our work and many other investigators now. And so it's a logical extension I think in terms of the studies that need to be done to study a population specifically with heart failure.
