Can we really use blood blood biomarkers to say that you are in an optimized state? Well, I think there's no too much of that in that this concept of optimization is a is a difficult one. We're trying to repeatedly stress our physiology and balance that with recovery so that we then supercompensate and improve our performance. There's no magic number that we need to hit for each of these biomarkers.
